Daniel Jürgenschellert re-joins Helbing Business Advisors
DACH-based management consulting firm Helbing Business Advisors has appointed a new Managing Director and Board member in Germany.
Daniel Jürgenschellert brings around two decades of experience to the firm in business transformation, turnaround, mergers & acquisitions, corporate management and digitisation.
Prior to joining Helbing Business Advisors, the management consulting wing of Switzerland-headquartered Helbling, a 600-strong professional services group, Jürgenschellert was a partner at Corporate Finance International, an M&A firm dedicated to the mid-market segment.
Before that, he worked as a Chief Financial Officer for Scholz Recycling, and in his first spell at Helbing Business Advisors, he spent over five years with the firm in its Dusseldorf office, having previously gained four years of experience at Big Four giant Deloitte.
At Helbing Business Advisors, Jürgenschellert will focus on M&A mandates, helping clients both pre-deal with strategic planning and transaction advisory, and post-deal with post-merger integration support. “I look forward to working with our experts to support our clients with their successful deals and transformations,” said Jürgenschellert.
In Germany, Helbing Business Advisors is now led by Daniel Jürgenschellert, Jan-Erik Gürtner and Volker Gross, although the latter has announced he will step down from the partnership to take on a new challenge outside the company. The consultancy has around 70 employees across its German offices, and a slightly larger team in its Swiss office.
