Three experienced professionals in Poland – Olgierd Cygan, Iza Klat and Andy Woynarowski – have joined forces to launch Future.Company, a digital transformation consultancy firm.

Future.Company boasts a proposition of people-centric digital transformation services – delivering tailored consultancy for optimisation and change management within a business. The firm’s ‘concierge model’ involves spending time with executives to understand their unique ambitions, and being constantly available for expertise, project management and networking.

And there is plenty of calibre to back this up: founders Olgierd Cygan, Iza Klat and Andy Woynarowski have more than 60 years of professional experience between them – largely serving Polish and global clients in the digital space.

Cygan was CEO at interactive agency Digital One, where he spent well over 15 years of his professional career. He was a partner at Deloitte Digital in Lodz for three years, and has since been a partner/founder at a host of digital services ventures including Welcome, Filmteractive and Hello Consulting.

“A similar theme emerged in our conversations – entrepreneur friends of ours often sought advice on issues related to digital transformation and managing people in the new digital world,” he explained, noting how the trio’s careers informed the concierge service model. “Thus we decided to join our forces and experience.”

Klat is a former client service manager at Deloitte Digital in Warsaw, although the bulk of her career unfolded at Google – where she was a senior account manager, industry manager for finance and most recently content and delivery leader at the global tech behemoth.

She explained the people-centric aspect of the Future.Company offering: “The support we offer to our clients is comprehensive. Digital transformation is not only related to technology, as the human aspect is equally vital: organisational culture changes constitute a fundamental part of the process.”

A graphic designer by background, Woynarowski has worked as a user experience manager at Atena, and was the head of service design at Deloitte Digital in Warsaw between 2017 and 2018. He reiterated the value of being a trusted partner to clients: “Our conversations with CEOs and founders have made it clear that they need a platform to discuss the challenges they face with a group of people treating trust as the guiding principle.”
