Agium EPM and B-eye Solutions merge to form AMCO Solutions

Two of Europe’s larger consultancies specialised in OneStream implementation services – Netherlands-headquartered Agium EPM and Denmark-headquartered B-eye Solutions – have merged to form a specialist market leader with 110 consultants across eleven locations. 

Rebranding as AMCO Solutions, the two groups have complementary profiles: both specialise in corporate performance management (CPM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) in the finance realm, and both are long-standing Diamond Partners of OneStream (a system in the finance domain). 

Agium EPM was founded in 2014 as a consultancy specialised in OneStream software. Over the past seven years, the consulting firm has built a track record of over 110 implementation projects at some 50-plus companies spread over 14 countries, serving its clients through offices in the Netherlands, the UK and Switzerland.

Merger partner B-eye Solutions (the larger of the two) was established in Denmark in 2006, and has since grown to a 70-strong team operating from locales in Denmark, Sweden, the UAE, Philippines, India, Singapore, and the US. B-eye Solutions specialises mainly in OneStream implementations, but also has other two other offerings geared at Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle Hyperion.
