Fiser Consulting expands team with three new consultants

Fiser Consulting has expanded its Amsterdam-based team with three new hires, all of which bring an international track record to the financial services consultancy.

Andrey Kim joins Fiser Consulting with extensive experience in transaction banking, and corporate and financial institutions. Over the past 23 years, he has worked for seven organisations across five countries (the Netherlands, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Uzbekistan) and speaks three languages (English, Dutch, and Russian). 

He specialises in project and product management, corporate cash management, regulatory compliance, relationship management, and correspondent banking. 

Avani Bahuguna joins Fiser Consulting after a three-year stint at the American Integrity Insurance Company in the US. Prior to that, she worked around three years for Indian giant Tata Consultancy Services as a Product Engineer.

Bahuguna has over six years of experience under her belt with experience in process management, organisational transformation, revenue optimisation and business development, and data-driven working. She also has experience in designing and implementing global best practice blueprint across business processes. 

Pei-Hsuan Lo joins Fiser Consulting after completing her MBA programme at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She previously worked in the banking sector in Asia Pacific for over five years, supporting strategic transformation programmes including a major project aimed at centralising backoffice activities from branches to a shared entity, combined with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. 

Sicne joining, all three hires have been staffed on projects at leading banking and insurance institutions in the Netherlands.
