Seven months after acquiring R&G Global Consultants, Argon & Co has fully integrated the acquisition within its ranks and retired the R&G Global Consultants brand.

Announced early February, Argon & Co’s purchase of R&G Global Consultants saw a team of around 30 consultants in the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, UK and Germany join its offices in these countries. Formed in 2018 by the merger between France’s Argon Consulting and UK’s Crimson & Co, Argon & Co now has approximately 380 employees according to its LinkedIn account.

The two firms had worked together “successfully on numerous significant projects” over the past years, leading the French-UK consultancy to acquire the boutique Netherlands-headquartered player. Both firms specialise in operations, supply chain and lean excellence consulting services.
