Brazilitelligence acquires Swedish SAP technology consultancy EINS Consulting
The Swedish arm of global SAP technology company itelligence has acquired EINS Consulting, a Stockholm-based IT consultancy that specialises in SAP consulting and implementation. The deal sees 38 employees join the firm.
With around 7,000 employees in 24 countries and a revenue of just under €900 million, itelligence is one of the globe’s larger IT consultancies dedicated to SAP solutions. The company’s SAP services range from consulting and licensing to application management services and hosting / managed services.
The acquisition of EINS Consulting marks its first deal of 2018, following the acquisitions of vCentric Technologies (India) and Goldfish ICT (Netherlands) last year and that of BIT.Group and ITML (both in Germany) the year previous. The scoop of the Swedish outfit adds a team of 38 professionals to its Nordic roster, which consists of offices in Sweden (Stockholm and Malmö), Denmark (Aarhus, Copenhagen and Horsens) and Norway (Olso and Porsgrunn).
Founded in 2007, EINS Consulting is a SAP partner with a track record in Enterprise Resource Planning, data analytics, and change management, serving customers across Sweden. The company also has a Customer Experience team who support clients in streamlining CRM processes with the help of digital solutions.

As part of the integration, Milco Österholm has been appointed Managing Director of itelligence Sweden.
Last month another SAP consultancy, AEPEX, based in the Netherlands and specialised in supply chain management, was acquired by the consulting practice of Deloitte.Meanwhile in Sweden, seven consulting firms were recently named among Sweden's 25 most attractive employers.
