Jeannette Homan joins Deloitte’s Dutch Risk Advisory division

Deloitte has welcomed a new partner in its Dutch member firm: Jeannette Homan. 

Appointed a partner in the Risk Advisory division, Homan is a member of the firm’s Financial Services practice. She brings over two decades of consulting experience to the firm, having run her own boutique since the turn of the century. 

During this period, she held top positions (most recently she served as the Chief Data Officer ad interim at De Nederlandsche Bank) and worked on several large transformations in the field of digital (data strategy, IT), internal control (governance, finance, risk, compliance) and organisational change (culture, leadership, mergers and demergers).

Homan focuses on the financial services industry. According to her LinkedIn account, she has worked for clients including ABN Amro, Achmea, APG, CZ, ING, Kempen Van Lanschot, NN, Ohra, PGGM, Rabobank and SNS Bank.

As part of Deloitte’s Financial Services practice, Homan leads the Data & Responsible Insight (D&RI) proposition. This unit helps clients with embedding data driven working within their target operating models and operations. Offerings span: adopting artificial intelligence and machine learning, the development of dashboards and reports, and data governance and data management.
