House of Performance joins Dutch consulting groep Highberg

The Highberg Group – the group behind Dutch firms BlinkLane Consulting, Gladwell Academy and Verdonck, Klooster & Associates – has expanded its portfolio with the addition of business consultancy House of Performance.

Highberg Group’s journey in the Netherlands kicked off in the summer of 2020, when German investor Auctus Capital Partners invested in BlinkLane Consulting and its subsidiary Gladwell Academy. In May last year, strategic IT consultancy Verdonck, Klooster & Associates (VKA) also joined the network.

The objective of the Highberg Group: growing into a major pan-European consulting firm. “With the acquisition of House of Performance, we are taking the next step in our ambition,” said Han Driessen, CEO of the Dutch-German group.

The bolt-on of House of Performance lifts the size of Highberg Group to more than 300 consultants and staff and its fee income to around €55 million.

Founded in 1998, House of Performance specialises in change management, agile transformations and data-driven working. The Utrecht based firm works for a roster of leading clients in the public and private sector. The consultancy also has an interim management arm, consisting of over 100 vetted independent managers and consultants.
