Steward Redqueen promotes Teodora Nenova to partner

International economics and social impact consultancy Steward Redqueen has promoted Teodora Nenova to partner.

Based in the Steward Redqueen’s Amsterdam office, Teodora Nenova has kicked off her ten-year anniversary with the consulting firm style, having joined the partnership effective January 1st, 2022. “We are thrilled that Teodora is joining our partnership. Her promotion is very well deserved and comes as the logical next step in her career,” said Managing Partner Wouter Scheepens.

Originally from Bulgaria, Nenova joined Steward Redqueen in 2012 and most recently served as a director. She leads the firm’s impact measurement services – an offering that helps clients assess the economic and societal impact of their operations and efforts.

Het track record in impact assessment includes working with development finance institutions, multinational companies, fund managers and NGOs on the design and execution of impact strategies and measurement frameworks. “Steward Redqueen is particularly known for the use of advanced economic modelling in impact assessments,” said Nenova, an economist by background.

In addition, Nenova also has extensive experience helping clients advance their diversity, equity and inclusion agenda. “I am passionate about helping companies and investors empower women and contribute to gender equality,” she said.

Nenova becomes the firm’s fourth partner, alongside Scheepens, René Kim and Willem Vosmer. The quartet lead a team of around 25 consultants working from offices in the Netherlands, Sweden, Singapore and the United States.
