Dutch consulting firm Quintop has welcomed a new partner to its team: Marja van den Tweel, who has been tasked with expanding the firm’s footprint in the domains of global business services, HR digitisation and process outsourcing.

Marja van den Tweel brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to the new role. “It is very inspiring to be part of this wonderful team and to contribute to the further growth of Quintop together with the other partners”, she said on her new challenge.

Having worked together for several years on (international) client engagements, Van den Tweel described the step to join the partnership as a natural one and a move that aligns with her career ambitions.

Wilco Bontenbal, who has been a partner at the HR consulting firm since 2008, said that the firm is delighted to welcome Van den Tweel on the back of “a successful collaboration” over the years. This included Van den Tweel leading two large and international HR transformation projects for one of Quintop’s clients.

“Projects I have experience with focus on the design and implementation of a new HR operating model, for example through the setup of shared services or an outsourcing process. In all cases, there is an important digitisation component, for example the roll-out of a HR cloud system that facilitates the new processes,” explained Van den Tweel.

Erik Geerts, founder and managing director of Quintop, said: “With her international experience and track record in the field of shared services, outsourcing and digital HR, Marja’s knowledge deepens an important pillar of Quintop’s portfolio. In addition, her appointment will further accelerate our international growth ambitions.”

Utrecht-based Quintop has a team of around 50 consultants, young professionals and associates and works for multinationals such as AkzoNobel, ASML, Friesland Campina, ING, Siemens, Shell and ZimmerBiomet.

Van den Tweel has been active in the complex world of HR transformation for years and feels at home in the field. After holding management positions at Randstad, she entered the world of HR outsourcing through Randstad HR Solutions. At Philips she was involved in one of the largest HR business process outsourcing projects in the Netherlands.

In the past ten years she worked as an independent consultant and interim manager. In the role, she led projects at PostNL, Unit4, AkzoNobel and ING, among others.
