Arthur D. Little appoints 5 new partners across European offices
Global strategy and management consulting firm Arthur D. Little has admitted nine new members into its partnership, five of which are based in Europe. Meet the quintet of new partners.
Engin Beken is a partner in Arthur D. Little’s Operations Management practice, specialised in performance improvement and digitalisation. Based in Frankfurt and Vienna, Beken works with the firm’s clients globally, especially in asset-heavy industries.
Florence Carlot is a partner in the Energy & Utilities practice. Based in Brussels, Carlot focuses on strategy and organisation projects, with a focus on large-scale change initiatives across the energy value chain.
Julien Duvaud-Schelnast is a partner in the Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media & Electronics practice. Operating out of the Paris and Stockholm offices, he advises clients in France, Sweden and beyond on topics including strategy, performance improvement, asset optimisation, private networks, and sustainability.
In the United Kingdom, Arthur D. Little has promoted two firm members to partner: company veteran Marcus Beard (based in Cambridge) and Michael Eiden (based in London).
Beard specialises in risk management, in which he primarily focuses on developing next-generation risk management approaches, culture assessment, safety and risk governance and assurance, risk analysis, and executive leadership training, with deep industry experience in travel & transportation.
Eiden is a partner in the Technology & Innovation Practice, London. Leveraging his more than 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and commercialising AI solutions in different industries, he serves as the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Arthur D. Little.
