Dieter Kern joins Strategy& as a partner in its Munich office

Strategy& has strengthened its team in Germany with Dieter Kern, who has been appointed a partner.

Dieter Kern brings more than two decades of international management consulting experience to Strategy&, having previous served Mercer and Capgemini Invent for roughly a decade apiece.

Prior to joining Strategy&, Kern was a partner at global human resources consulting firm Mercer, where he headed the People and Organizational Excellence division.

Before that, he led Mercer’s HR Transformation practice, and previously at Capgemini Invent, he latterly led the HR & Change Management practice in Germany.

Now at Strategy&, the strategic consulting subsidiary of PwC, Kern advises companies on business transformation, organisational design, people strategies, talent and change management. He is based in the firm’s Munich office.

Dieter Kern studied educational science, psychology, sociology and philosophy at the Julius Maximilians University in Würzburg and at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
