McKinsey promotes Jakub Urbaniak and Zuzanna Kraszewska
Global strategic consultancy McKinsey & Company has promoted two of its engagement managers in Poland to associate partner level.
Jakub Urbaniak has been with McKinsey & Company for nine years, having joined the firm as a Business Analyst in its Warsaw office late 2013. Now enjoying his fourth promotion, Urbaniak joins the firm’s associate partner ranks.
Urbaniak specialises in operations consulting and process transformation, with a focus on digitisation. He has served clients in a range of sectors, in particular in the manufacturing landscape.
“Jakub is widely recognised for his sharp thought leadership and unique expertise operations. His clients value his expertise and ability to identify and deliver significant impact and frequently turn to him for guidance in complex operations transformations,” said Tomasz Marciniak, the Managing Partner for Poland at McKinsey & Company.
Zuzanna Kraszewska joined McKinsey early 2017 after completing her studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science. She is part of McKinsey’s Consumer and Media practices, where she has played a pioneering role in the development of a number of offerings.
Marciniak: “Zuzanna is a gifted client leader who shows what it means building ‘your own McKinsey’ by pursuing her passion into serving leading clients in the consumer technology and media space. She develops a knowledge edge that she radiates at new potential clients as well as colleagues. With a great followership, Zuzia is also a coach for many of our colleagues.”
In Poland, McKinsey & Company has over 120 consultants and 15 partners working from offices in Warsaw and Poznan. The firm also has a knowledge hub in Wrocław.
