Bahadir Koca, Smriti Arora and Sam Houben join cpmview

Boutique Dutch corporate performance management specialist cpmview has strengthened its team with three new professionals: Bahadir Koca, Smriti Arora and Sam Houben.

Bahadir Koca brings over a decade in corporate performance management (CPM) and IT implementation to the Utrecht-based firm.

Appointed a Lead Consultant at cpmview, Koca specialises in financial planning & accounting processes, with a focus on systems on the SAP platform.

Koca started his career as an SAP consultant in 2010 in Turkey. Since then, he has worked on many local and international EPM projects and gained experience across several SAP implementations including the domains of Analytics Cloud Planning, ECC, BPC, and BW. He also worked on a number of Oracle roll-outs.

Smriti Arora brings around a dozen years of experience. She has worked both as a consultant (at Accenture and as an independent consultant) and in-house expert (Athlon Car Lease) on transformation projects in the finance domain, including in financial reporting, consolidation and financial close.

Also appointed a Lead Consultant at cpmview, Arora specialises in the business intelligence side of corporate performance management.

Meanwhile, Sam Houben has been welcomed to the team in the role of Junior Consultant. He recently obtained a Master in Strategic Management at Tilburg University and has during his studies gained preliminary experience with the world of finance and particularly corporate performance management.

Founded in 2008, cpmview is a specialist in corporate performance management services. The 30-strong firm provides both advisory and consulting services to mid-size companies, and is a certified partner of technology vendors including OneStream, Fluence, SAP, and Vena.
