Eveline van Raaij new leader of Synechron’s Dutch business
Global financial services consultancy Synechron has appointed a new leader for its Dutch business: Eveline van Raaij.
In her role since the 1st of May, Eveline van Raaij leads Synechron’s 100-strong team in the Netherlands across the firm’s key business practices of consulting, digital, cloud and technology.
Van Raaij brings more than two decades of experience in consulting, digital transformation and banking to the role, and succeeds Susanne Guntermann who has moved on to another challenge externally.
Welcoming Van Raaij to the firm, Mihir Shah, Managing Director and Head of Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East at Synechron, commented: “We are excited to have Eveline at the helm of operations in the Netherlands to support our growth and strategy.”

In the country, Synechron advises and supports many of the leading banks, insurance companies, wealth managers and fintechs on topics including digital, data science, engineering, cloud, systems integration, and management consulting.
During her previous roles, Van Raaij regularly encountered Synechron during pitches, projects or industry events. “I have gotten to know Synechron as an innovative and ambitious firm with high energy colleagues, who are making an impact in financial services by combining business consulting with digital and technology expertise.”
Prior to joining, Van Raaij was Managing Director Business Platforms & Cloud at Ordina, where she was responsible for all business platforms, including cloud.
Before that, she worked for Accenture and Deloitte in business consulting, digital and technology. At ABN Amro she held management and change roles, predominantly in the risk domain.
