“Now that I’m back, it feels like I’ve never left,” said Steiger one week after formally re-joining the firm. “How is that possible? That’s because of the very special and intense team culture. Sharing and helping are strong habits that are deeply embedded in the DNA of AlixPartners and the employees.”

Our incentive system encourages this behaviour and our recruitment teams ensure that – even at the current high rate of growth – we’re finding the ‘right’ people to join our family.”

Appointed a Managing Director in the Digital practice, based in Germany, Steiger helps industrial companies transform into digital leaders, among others through streamlining business operations by leveraging digital business models and technologies. He also helps industrial  groups leverage technology to improve profits and to drive top-line growth.

“As a leader in delivering innovative digital solutions to industrial companies worldwide, Christoph brings to our clients extensive experience guiding companies and their business models through technological innovation and transformation,” said Andreas Rüter, Leader of AlixPartners in Germany. “The insights Christoph has gained through his work within the industrial space will benefit clients managing through these times of intense disruption.”
