BrazilFiSer Consulting expands team with four new members
Amsterdam-based financial services consultancy FiSer Consulting has over the past weeks expanded its team with four new professionals, lifting the size of its core team to eleven members.
Lorin Hendriks has been appointed as Practice Lead of the Insurance practice. He brings more than 10+ years of insurance expertise to the consulting firm, gained both in consulting and in industry.
Hendriks joined FiSer Consulting from ITDS, where he spent two years in its pensions and insurance verticals. Earlier, he also served two global consulting groups, technology-focused Accenture and human resources specialist Mercer. In between, Hendriks held management roles at insurer Van Ameyde.
His main expertise lies in guiding organisational changes and technological improvements in core insurance domains. Hendriks has experience in both business and technology led projects, with particular focus on the delivery of software platforms.
Penpisut Chaovanayan and Debarghya Chatterjee have both been appointed a Consultant.
Chaovanayan is a professional with five years of experience as a consultant in financial services. She focuses on data science, with a keen interest in analyzing data and numbers and translating this into improvements to processes and ways of working.
Chatterjee previously worked at an investment bank, focused on regulatory compliance and data analytics. He worked with cross-functional teams on product development, anti-money laundering efforts, and implementing data driven ways of working.
Aya Abou Shakra meanwhile has been appointed as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead. She specialises in identifying, attracting, selecting, and retaining individuals, and also has experience in branding, content creation and social media management.
Founded in 2015, FiSer Consulting supports banks, insurance companies and pension funds with business transformation within their operations. The firm was listed among the Netherlands’ fastest growing companies in the 2021 edition of the FD Gazellen awards competition.
