BrazilAlixPartners hires seniors Gorazd Vrbica and Olivier Sibenaler
Global management consulting firm AlixPartners has strengthened its team in Europe with two new Managing Directors: Gorazd Vrbica (Germany) and Olivier Sibenaler (France).
Based in the Munich office, Gorazd Vrbica brings nearly 30 years of experience within supply chain and procurement to the firm, gained both in consulting and in industry.
Most recently, Vrbica was Chief Procurement Officer at Diebold Nixdorf, and before that, he spent over seven years at Volkswagen, latterly in the role of Head of Procurement Strategy, Cost- and Supplier Management.
During his career in management consulting, Vrbica served Kearney, Alvarez & Marsal, and AlixPartners, with his first spell at the consultancy between 2008 and 2014.

Meanwhile, in France, AlixPartners welcomed Olivier Sibenaler to its office in Paris. A member of the Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice, Sibenaler specialises in business transformation and operational restructuring. He also has experience serving as a Chief Restructuring Officer.
Sibenaler spent more than 20 years in consulting, including at EY-Parthenon and PwC as a partner, and before that at Alvarez & Marsal, BearingPoint, EFESO Consulting, and Altran. During this time, he led numerous turnaround and restructuring operations in the automotive, oil, consumer goods and media sectors.
