For nearly 30-years, US-based Brandon Hall Group has been recognising excellence in the human capital management space, shining the light on best practice developments in the areas of learning & development, talent management, leadership development, diversity & inclusion, recruitment and human resources.
The 2022 winners of the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards have now been unveiled, with BTS one of the ceremony’s top performing winners, taking home a total of 44 awards – 21 gold, 14 silver, and 9 bronze – in partnership with clients.
“Excellence Award winners distinguish themselves through their excellence in human capital management and growing understanding that all the functions are integrated and must work together to move businesses forward,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer at Brandon Hall Group Group.
Mike Cooke, Chief Executive Officer at the Florida-based company, added: “Our award winners demonstrated the vision, agility and innovation needed to excel in the unchartered hybrid work environment.”
Across the globe, over 800 awards were handed out, with all entries evaluated by a panel of independent senior industry experts, executives, and Brandon Hall Group analysts based upon criteria including program design, solution fit, innovation and measurable benefits.
BTS was lauded for projects at clients in sectors including banking (ING, National Australia Bank, Santander, ScotiaBank, Standard Bank), consumer goods (Colgate-Palmolive, Mondelez), professional services (Accenture), pharma & life sciences (Abbott, Bayer), energy (Repsol), technology (HP, Repsol), and telcom (Vodacom).
