Customer Collective adds strategic marketing consultancy flowresulting
Dutch strategy and marketing consultancy flowresulting has joined Customer Collective, a West European group of agencies and consultancies dedicated to the chief marketing officer (CMO) landscape.
Utrecht-based flowresulting (around 15 consultants) is the first strategic player to join the Belgian-origin group. The 13 other subsidiaries focus on the execution of CMO plans, while flowresulting is a partner in the development of marketing, product and pricing strategies.
“flowresulting enjoys an excellent reputation. Their consultants are strong in the development of optimal value propositions and customer strategies for large companies. And their pricing expertise is one of the leading in the market,” said Wouter Stoutjesdijk, Managing Director of The House of Marketing in the Netherlands.
“Their know-how will enable us to better serve our clients and expands our footprint in the Netherlands,” he added.
An ecosystem of firms, Customer Collective was launched in March last year – backed by investors Down2Earth Capital and QuanteusGroup. The group has around 420 employees in Belgium (300), the Netherlands (100) and Germany (20).
The addition of flowresulting will mean Customer Collective now also can play a role in the early-stage ideation phase of CMO-work. “flowresulting works on topics that are on top of the CMO agenda. Their expertise in customer strategy provides opportunities for our entire ecosystem,” said Lies Taerwe, Managing Director of The House of Marketing.
“We look forward to deploy their expertise with all of our clients,” she added – companies that sit on the group’s client roster include the likes of Engie, KLM, ING, Nespresso, Pfizer, and Volkswagen.

Meanwhile, for flowresulting, the joining of force will enable the consulting firm to broaden its services, by tapping tap into Customer Collective’s end-to-end offering.
