Humatica boosts leadership team with new partner Jochen Schilcher

Private equity focused management consultancy Humatica has strengthened its senior team in Switzerland with Jochen Schilcher.

Appointed a partner, Jochen Schilcher brings over 20 years of strategic and management consulting experience to the firm, having previously served the likes of Oliver Wyman, Strategy& and Berylls.

During his career, Schilcher advised clients on a wide range of topics including strategy, organisational development, efficiency improvement and transformation, with a focus on clients in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Schilcher has also gained extensive experience working with private equity firms and investors, supporting them (and their portfolio companies) with pre-closing due diligence, post-acquisition transformation, bolt-on investments, merger integration and exit preparation.

He most recently spent three years working as an independent consultant, following six years at Berylls, an automotive-focused consultancy where he led the Switzerland practice. Before that, Schilcher spent seven years at Strategy& (then: Booz & Company) and three years at Oliver Wyman, in his second spell at the firm.
