H&Z Management Consulting appoints Anna Bender and Mihaela Seidl

European player H&Z Management Consulting has appointed Anna Bender and Mihaela Seidl to its Supervisory Board.

The pair bring a combined four decades of experience to the board, and join chairman Rainer Hoffmann and Thomas Zachau. Both are based in Germany, where H&Z Management Consulting is headquartered.

“With the appointments of Anna and Mihaela, H&Z Management Consulting is more than well equipped for the future,” said Hoffmann, a 26-year company veteran at the firm.

Anna Bender brings over 18 years of experience in transformation and restructuring at a strategy consultancy (Roland Berger) as well as corporate development and change management on the corporate side (Axel Springer).

“What attracts me to H&Z is the combination of content and culture: transformation – exactly my topic; especially in the area of strategy consulting, which has to reinvent itself in light of new customer requirements. Starting with brain, heart and hand – that's exactly the mix that makes it. We have to shape the transformation with clarity, courage and empathy,” she said on her new challenge.

Mihaela Seidl brings more than 20 years of experience in the international environment in the areas of strategy and growth as well as transformation, capital markets, finance and mergers & acquisitions. She previously worked eight years for General Electric, served as CFO at a German defence company, and currently is the CFO at energy group BayWa.
