Claus Helbing and Miroslav Lazica join Bain’s partner team
Global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company has welcomed two new partners in Germany.
Claus Helbing and Miroslav Lazica are both based in Munich, and both also are a member of Bain & Company’s Enterprise Technology and Digital Transformation practices.

Claus Helbing brings more than 20 years of consulting experience to Bain & Company, most of which he gained at the interface between technology and financial services. He has in-depth specialist knowledge in areas such as enterprise architecture, target operating models in IT, and digital transformation.
Most recently, the 47-year-old Helbing was a partner and managing director at rival Boston Consulting Group, where he led the digital division of BCG Platinion in the Asia Pacific region.
Miroslav Lazic has more than 15 years of experience in the consulting and the digital industry. He specialises in particular in the design and implementation of digital business models and is also an expert in technology-driven disruption and transformation. The 39-year-old primarily supports companies in the consumer goods, trade, industry and health sectors.
Lazic was previously a partner and managing director at Kearney, where he was part of the leadership team of the Digital Transformation practice in Europe.
