BTS named leading sales consulting and training company
International strategy implementation firm BTS has bagged two awards for its sales capabilities, hot on the heels of being named a leading consulting firm in the area of human capital.
Headquartered in Sweden, BTS is a consultancy specialised in translating strategy to execution, with a focus on the people-side of realisation. Since its inception in 1986, BTS has grown to a team of over 1,100 professionals working from 37 offices worldwide.
Over the past months, one of BTS’ offerings – sales consulting and training – has been lauded in two international competitions held by industry publication Selling Power and Training Industry.
In March, Training Industry named BTS one of the world’s 20 Sales Training and Enablement companies, alongside peers such as Korn Ferry, GPStrategies, and Mercuri International.
The group of leaders were selected based on several criteria, including breadth and quality of program and service offerings, industry visibility, impact in the sales training market, client and customer representation, business performance and growth.
“It is an honor to be recognized as a top sales training company,” said René Groeneveld, Global Head of BTS’s Sales and Marketing Center of Expertise. “In 2022, BTS had many innovations that integrated go-to-market-strategy and activation, which included new and simplified sales methodologies, AI enabled coaching and feedback for sales representatives and sales managers, and data-driven management and leadership, to name a few.”
“We are humbled by our clients’ trust to build these new innovations and thrilled to partner with them to unleash new opportunities for success.”
“The companies selected for our Sales Training and Enablement list offer a unique set of tools, topics and technologies to adapt and liven the learning experience,” said Tom Whelan, director of corporate research at Training Industry. “Adding technologies such as artificial intelligence, microlearning, collaborative tools and more helps these organizations adapt to both their clients’ and learners’ needs.”
Meanwhile, last month BTS was also named to Selling Power’s Top Sales Training Companies in 2023 list. Companies were selected for the ranking based on criteria including depth and breadth of training offered, innovation, contributions to the sales training market, and overall client feedback (more than 400 clients were surveyed).
Groeneveld said: “We are grateful to receive this recognition for the third year in a row. “Over the past year, we augmented our hybrid-virtual solutions by leveraging artificial intelligence and language analytics. This enabled us to evaluate sellers’ abilities to engage with customers in situations such as discovery, value conversations, negotiations, and more.”
Last week, BTS was recognised in the United Kingdom for the quality of its human resources offerings.
