Advancy promotes Gunter Lipowsky and Vincent Delaeter to partner
French consulting firm Advancy has appointed two new partners in its European business: Gunter Lipowsky and Vincent Delaeter.
Based in Germany, Gunter Lipowsky has been with consulting firm since the start of 2022, when he established the Frankfurt office. He specialises in strategy, transformation, and transactions due diligence services to clients in the industrials and chemicals sectors.
Prior to Advancy, Lipowsky worked at Roland Berger for five years, and before that, he spent over a dozen years at chemicals groups Clariant and BASF, where he held leadership positions.
Operating out of Advancy’s offices in London and Paris, Vincent Delaeter specialises in growth strategy, restructuring, operations, and corporate finance. He has been with Advancy since 2016, having previously served Bain & Company, JP Morgan and Quilvest Ventures.
Delaeter is a member of the Performance & Turnaround practice, and leads the offering in the French market.
The partner additions come on the back of a strong first half of 2023 for the Paris-headquartered strategy consulting firm. Revenue rose by 7% in the first six months despite challenging macro-economic conditions, and headcount expanded to 250 staff across its offices in Paris, Frankfurt, London, Boston, New York, São Paulo, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.
Earlier this year, Advancy relocated to new offices in Paris and New York to accommodate for its growth.
