BrazilAlixPartners welcomes Paolo Rinaldi to restructuring practice
Global management consulting firm AlixPartners has welcomed a new Partner & Managing Director in its Italian team.
A chartered accountant from Modena, Paolo Rinaldi brings over 30 years of experience in the world of restructuring and insolvency to the firm, spanning both the legal as well as business sides of the field.
A member of the Turnaround & Restructuring practice, Rinaldi will help the firm’s clients in financial distress with cash and working capital stabilisation, financial restructuring, turnaround, the management of special situations, and distressed transactions.
Rinaldi has joined AlixPartners in Milan (the firm’s sole office Italy), just a few weeks after the new hub in the city’s centre (Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 9) was inaugurated.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Rinaldi was the founding partner at Studio Rinaldi, a homegrown firm that specialises in restructuring and M&A services to clients across Italy. Under his leadership, Studio Rinaldi has grown into a 40-person consultancy.
“Paolo is one of the most recognised professionals in Italy in the management and resolution of corporate crisis situations, acting as advisor and holding roles as Chief Restructuring Officer or Commissioner in complex situations where AlixPartners has a proven leadership. Alongside his role as a consultant, Rinaldi lectures at universities and is a frequent speaker at conferences on turnaround and restructuring.
