During his career, De la Haije has led large-scale digital transformations and technology initiatives from strategy through to implementation, in both the public and private sectors.

Commenting on his move to Eraneos, De la Haije said: “The combination of management consulting and deep technology knowledge in data, artificial intelligence, cloud and security enables us to support our clients in their digital transformation journey. Eraneos provides for an integral approach, spanning the development of an appropriate strategy, the business cases, the technical implementation, and of course the change management.”

Maurice Boon, Managing Partner of Eraneos in the Netherlands, said: “With his ambition, mindset and experience in building international practices, Andrew is the right person to actively shape and accelerate our development of our Data & AI practice.”

“We are pleased to welcome Andrew to our team,” said Oliver Vaterlaus, the CEO of Eraneos. “Eraneos is intent on ensuring our clients benefit from the full spectrum of knowledge and expertise needed to shape their successful digitalisation journeys, from strategy through to implementation. A successful future for our clients relies on us continuing to build a strong and proven international footprint in data and artificial intelligence.”

Eraneos was formed through the merger of Ginkgo Management Consulting, Quint Group, and AWK Group. The three consulting firms merged in 2021, and adopted the Eraneos name this year. With the addition of a number of bolt-on deals closed late 2022 and earlier this year, Eraneos currently has over 1,100 consultants and staff.
