Bram Albers and Lennart van de Kamp partner at Roland Berger
Global strategy consultancy firm Roland Berger has appointed two new partners in its Amsterdam office: Bram Albers and Lennart van de Kamp.
Both Bram Albers and Lennart van de Kamp are fully homegrown talent of the firm, joining fresh from university in 2012 and 2011 respectively and then rising all the ranks to now become partner. Bram gained a master in Engineering from the TU Delft, while Lennart gained his master in Business Administration from the University of Maastricht.
The addition of the pair lifts the total number of Roland Berger partner in Amsterdam to twelve – together they lead a team of around 140 consultants and staff.
Bram Albers is a member of the Energy practice, with particular expertise in energy transition, hydrogen, offshore wind and energy-related infrastructure projects. He has worked on projects in the Netherlands and on several international and cross-border projects.
Alongside his client work, Bram is responsible for the recruitment operation of the Dutch office. He also is a passionate mentor of startups.
Lennart van de Kamp is a member of the Restructuring, Performance & Transaction practice of Roland Berger, with a focus on the financial services industry. He advises financial institutions – mainly insurance groups – on topics including strategy, performance improvement, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
During his career, he also gained experience in sectors such as retail, healthcare, and mobility.
