Nexio Projects welcomes Sarah Priester to management team
Nexio Projects has appointed Sarah Priester as its new Chief Financial & Operations Officer and a member of its Management Team.
Hired externally, Sarah Priester joins Nexio Projects in its Rotterdam headquarters. In her new role, she will lead the firm’s financials across its offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, and oversee internal operations.
Commenting on her new challenge, Priester said, “I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive operational excellence and financial performance, contributing to the continued success and growth of Nexio Projects.”
A Chartered Accountant by background, Priester brings over 15 years of international experience in finance, strategy and mergers & acquisitions to Nexio Projects. After kicking off her career at KPMG, she then went on to serve Bunzl for around a decade (across two spells). Priester also held finance leadership roles at Swiss consumer goods company Weita and tech-focused non-profit Re:Coded.
“We are excited to welcome Sarah to our management team,” said Marc Roodhuyzen de Vries, CEO and Co-Founder of Nexio Projects. “Her achievements in financial leadership and organisational development make her an invaluable addition. With Sarah on board, we’re confident in our ability to provide innovative solutions, exceeding client expectations.”
Founded in 2017, Nexio Projects is a consultancy firm dedicated to sustainability. A proud B Corp, Nexio Projects last year landed growth funding from private equity with the aim to accelerate its growth trajectory.
“Nexio Projects is an international sustainability consultancy, dedicated to providing expert support for organisations on topic including ESG, CSR, and sustainability compliance. Joining the firm is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking team,” said Priester.
The Management Team of Nexio Projects now comprises Marc Roodhuyzen de Vries (CEO & Co-Founder), Sarah Priester (Chief Financial & Operations Officer), Cilia Keser (Head of People and Culture), and Felix Keser (Chief Strategy Officer).
