“At Sopra Steria Next, we are convinced that designing desirable products, services and experiences is key to unlock, with our clients, the full value of technology for their users, customers, and employees. We are thrilled to welcome InProcess, a prominent strategic design team in France,” said Fabrice Asvazadourian, CEO of Sopra Steria Next.

The deal builds on previous acquisitions in the innovation consultancy space, including CX Partners in the United Kingdom (2020) and EGGS in Scandinavia (2021).

Meanwhile, for InProcess, the integration into Sopra Steria Next will enable the firm to make more impact for its client, as well as offer its staff with expanded opportunities for growth and international engagements. “We are delighted to be merging InProcess into Sopra Steria Next. After 22 years operating independently, it marks the next stage of our journey,” said Christophe Rebours, Founder and CEO of InProcess.

With 56,000 employees in nearly 30 countries, Sopra Steria is one of Europe’s largest IT services companies. In 2023, the group generated revenues of €5.8 billion.
