Consultday deepens HR-IT implementation offering with myMeta

Dutch consultancy firm Consultday has inked a partnership with myMeta, an Italian company that helps make digital experiences of large technology vendors more user friendly and seamless.

The collaboration between the two firms focuses on large HR systems, the key area of focus for Consultday. The consultancy helps its clients with designing, implementing and improving systems such as SAP Succesfactors and Workday.

“In every project we work on, we see our clients struggle to create a coherent and user-friendly experience for HR and payroll related processes,” said Ton Groot, co-founder and partner at Consultday.

This is where the partnership with myMeta comes in. The technology firm specialises in maximizing the digital adoption of systems through add-on developments that make working in systems easier, more intuitive, and catching.

“With myMeta you can turn any HCM cloud application into a solution tailored to your specific needs with a user experience that your people will love and finally adopt,” claims myMeta on its website. At one major client using SAP Succesfactors, the rate of task completion went up by 70% after implementation of its digital adoption software, and engagement reportedly went up by 90%.

Groot says that he is not surprised by the results. “The success of digital transformation is highly dependent on how users perceive and use the system. A better user experience increases uptake and hence productivity. It can be seen as the easiest route to ensuring the return-on-investment of digital transformation projects and technology stack.”

Similar to myMeta, Consultday operates vendor-agnostic.
