Michael Zintel leads Arthur D. Little in Germany and Switzerland
Global strategy and management consultancy Arthur D. Little has named Michael Zintel as the new Managing Partner of its business in Germany and Switzerland.
A 20-year company veteran, Michael Zintel has been working at Arthur D. Little in its Frankfurt office since the turn of the century. He is an expert in strategy development, organization, governance, innovation, as well as transformation, change management and future mobility.
Zintel has over the years led projects in the rail, aviation, logistics and mobility sectors, and is currently the global leader of Arthur D. Little Railways practice and head of the Travel & Transportation practice in Germany and Switzerland.
“I’m really looking forward to my new role. Together with my partner colleagues, we want to expand on our position as a leading player at the intersection of strategy, innovation and transformation” said Zintel.
The new regional leader takes over the baton from Fabian Doemer, who remains with the consulting firm and will transition to a more client-focused role. Zintel will report to Bernd Schreiber, who oversees the cluster comprising Germany, Switzerland, the Nordics and United Kingdom.
The appointment of Zintel is part of a global leadership merry-go-round at Arthur D. Little, which also saw Matteo Ainardi installed as country leader for France and Kurt Baes as regional leader for Belgium and Luxembourg.
Founded in 1886, Arthur D. Little has more than 1,500 consultants and staff across 44 offices in 29 countries worldwide. The firm is generally recognised as the world’s oldest management consultancy business.
