Global strategy consulting firm Roland Berger has named Edeltraud Leibrock the successor of fellow Germany-based senior partner Hasmeet Kaur in its Global Board of Managing Directors.

Munich-based Edeltraud Leibrock is relatively new at Roland Berger – she joined the firm in February this year as a senior partner and member of its Digital platform. She advises clients in the strategic areas of technology, innovation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and digital-driven transformation processes.

Prior to Roland Berger, Leibrock held senior positions in industry, including in the banking sector, and spent a decade at Boston Consulting Group.

Per August 1st, Leibrock will join Roland Berger’s seven-person Global Board of Managing Directors, with responsibility for the innovation portfolio.

“We are delighted to welcome Edeltraud as a new member of the Board of Managing Directors. She has a proven track record of turning new technologies into competitive advantages and supported numerous organizations along this path. Edeltraud is therefore exactly the right person for us to drive these important future topics at Roland Berger,” said Stefan Schaible, Global Managing Partner at Roland Berger.

Leibrock succeeds Hasmeet Kaur, who is switching to the automotive industry and takes on the position as President Division Transportation at Mann+Hummel starting in August. Kaur has been with Roland Berger for around a decade, starting with the firm in India and later on relocating to Germany.

The other members of the Global Board of Managing Directors are: Stefan Schaible, Marcus Berret, Denis Depoux, Maria Mikhaylenko, Per Breuer and Matthias Rückriegel.

With revenues of more than €1 billion (2023), Roland Berger is the largest strategy consultancy with European roots. The firm has offices in 50+ countries.
