M&A consultancy IMAP adds Martin Moser to German partner team
International M&A consultancy firm IMAP has strengthened its team in Germany with the arrival of Martin Moser.
Appointed a partner, Martin Moser will be responsible for supporting German and international clients with their buy and sell mandates, especially in the healthcare sector.
Moser brings over 15 years of professional experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance to IMAP, with a focus on deals in the mid-market segment. He previously served from Robert W. Baird in Frankfurt, where he was a director responsible for the healthcare sector. Prior to that, he worked for another investment bank, DC Advisory, for over a dozen years.
Commenting on his new challenge, Moser said: “I am looking forward to this new role and to further strengthening IMAP's market position in the healthcare sector, as well as to working with the entire IMAP team in Germany and worldwide.”

IMAP’s team in German has been in business since 1997. The team closes around 25 transactions per year, with deal sizes varying from €15 million up to €500 million.
