Change Accelerator: Boosting the odds and impact of change

Dutch consultancy firm Twinxter has launched a new training programme that helps business leaders boost the success odds of their change transformation efforts.

Founded in 2019, Twinxter is a consulting firm specialising in business agility, change and transformation. Part of its mission has seen Twinxter commit to teaching the art of business agility – launching its own academy, and hosting masterclasses on subjects including digital transformation, and even the Japanese art of ‘Obeya’ to help clients get the most from their change programmes.

As Twinxter continues to help businesses adapt to a market in constant change, the firm has announced it will also host a new one-day seminar to help attendees “supercharge the change projects” in their organisations.

Hosted in Amsterdam, the ‘Change Accelerator’ event will help business leaders to understand how to get other parts of an organisation “enthusiastic about aspired change”; explain why they may encounter change fatigue and how they can combat it; and how they can develop a toolbox “filled with numerous practical tools and tips to make change last in an organisation”.

As well as receiving important insights on business change, the participants of the training will also receive a business agility scan from Twinxter, and be given the chance to network with like-minded peers.

Change Accelerator will be hosted by Alize Hofmeester, founder of Twinxter and Twinxter Academy. A published author and thought-leader in the field of business and agile transformation, she will help attendees tap into Twinxter’s proven change methodology and help them to understand what is needed to turn  change projects into a success and how to make the results stick.
