Andersen Global strengthens presence in Armenia and Malta

Andersen Global has strengthened its European capabilities in integrated tax and legal services with the addition of two new member firms.

In Armenia, TK & Partners, a full-service law firm, has joined the global advisory network, having previously operated as a collaboration partner for several years.

Rebranded as Andersen Armenia, the firm offers comprehensive legal services, specializing in shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, IP registration and litigation, debt and equity financing, due diligence, corporate insolvency, tax advisory, and real estate.

Andersen Armenia is led by Office Managing Partner Varoujan Avedikian, who leads an experienced team of professionals.

The firm specializes in navigating complex regulatory and tax frameworks and advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and multinational businesses.

Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates is a law firm from Valletta that specializes in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, and IT law, among others. The boutique is led by Jean-Philippe Chetcuti. “Together, we will provide a comprehensive suite of integrated tax, legal, and corporate services to private and business clients in Malta and internationally.”
