David Pérez joins Alvarez & Marsal in Stockholm office

Global consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal has appointed David Pérez as a Managing Director in its Stockholm office.

A member of the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice, David Pérez will lead the healthcare service offering of the practice across the EMEA region. His remit will include accelerating the firm’s commercial due diligence capabilities, building out its healthcare expertise across Europe, and contributing to the growth of the Nordic business.

Pérez brings more than two decades of experience advising private equity investors and corporates, with deep sector expertise in healthcare and life sciences. An engineer by background, he joins Alvarez & Marsal from Boston Consulting Group, where he spent 20 years advising clients on transactions, operational improvement and value creation programs.
