Global strategy and management consulting firm Roland Berger has appointed six new partners in Europe and the Middle East.

Alexander Fey

Office: Frankfurt

Alexander Fey joined Roland Berger in 2013 and is a partner in the Advanced Technology practice. He specializes in the wider electronics industry, with a particular focus on electronics manufacturing services, manufacturing equipment, and printed circuit boards. His consulting work is primarily centered around strategy development, commercial due diligence, and operational performance improvement.

Verena Koch

Office: Munich

Verena Koch has been with Roland Berger for over a decade, growing the ranks from junior to now partner. She is a member of the Automotive and Industrial practices, based out of Germany. She has expertise in strategy development, large-scale transformation, and digital transformation.

Louis Gendry

Office: Paris

Louis Gendry brings 10 years of corporate strategy experience across a broad range of sectors to the firm’s partnership. He previously served two other strategy consulting firms before crossing to Roland Berger in 2021. Gendry supports mid-size companies with strategic planning, and investment funds and corporate clients in their M&A transactions. He has worked in sectors including tourism & leisure, real estate, retail, culture, sports, energy, food, manufacturing, and industrials.

Adam Healy

Office: London

Adam Healy advises corporate clients and investors on mergers & acquisitions and strategic topics across the energy, mobility, electronics, and defence sectors. A scientist by training, he is an expert in fuels and electric vehicle charging. Healy has been with Roland Berger for close to a decade.

Richard Stolz

Office: Dubai

Richard Stolz has expertise in corporate strategy, business development, growth, market entry, market assessment, project management, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness. He has helped clients in developed and emerging markets across the tourism, travel, transport, airlines & aviation, leisure, hospitality, entertainment, education, and healthcare sectors. Stolz has been with Roland Berger since 2022, previously serving KPMG and Accenture.

Feras Abul

Office: Manama

Feras Abul joined Roland Berger in 2022 with the objective to help grow its public sector presence across the Middle East region. He supports public sector entities across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE with achieving their National Transformation Plans with a specific focus on national competitiveness, national investments such as foreign direct investment, and outward direct investments.

Meanwhile, outside of Europe and the Middle East, Roland Berger also promoted Oliver Holtkemper (Singapore) and Daniel Kubis and Erin Sowerby (US) to its partnership. The global strategy consulting firm has approximately 3,000 employees across its 50 offices worldwide.
