Roland Berger adds Dominique Gautier and Nicolas Saïah to Paris partner team

Roland Berger has strengthened its partner team in France with the arrivals of Dominique Gautier and Nicolas Saïah.

Appointed a senior partner, Dominique Gautier has made his return to the Paris office having been with the strategy consultancy for around 25 years, most recently based in the firm’s Quebec office. In Canada, he served as managing partner of the two Canadian business. Earlier in his Roland Berger career, he also spent time in the Casablanca office.

Gautier advises governments and international institutions on topics including public policy, citizen-focused transformation, economics, and large-scale transformation. He previously led the Government and Public Sector Competence Center for Southern Europe.

Nicolas Saïah meanwhile has been appointed a partner. He joins from Nestlé, where he spent the past six years in the role of Global Head of Business Development & Innovation.

A member of the Consumer Goods practice, Saïah has extensive experience in business strategy, growth, mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds, and digital transformation.

He began his career at Bosch in Germany before entering strategy consulting in 2006 at Mars & Co, where he rose through the ranks to partner. Saïah spent thirteen years at Mars & Co, where he worked as a consultant in France and also played a key role in expanding the company’s ASEAN business and supporting its market entry into Singapore

Globally, Roland Berger has approximately 3,000 employees across 50 offices worldwide. Its Paris hub is one of its largest in Europe.
