UHY enters Danish market with addition of Copenhagen-based Buus Jensen

UHY has expanded its footprint in the Nordic market with the addition of Buus Jensen to its network, marking its entry in the Danish market.

Headquartered in Copenhagen, Buus Jensen operates as a full-service audit and advisory company with a team of 60 employees and 8 partners, serving a client base of more than 2,000. It provides a variety of services including audit, tax, accounting and advisory, with a focus on small and medium-sized companies and emerging businesses.

Established more than six decades ago, Buus Jensen transitioned to a partnership structure in 1986.

The development marks UHY’s entry into the Danish market, expanding its international reach to 97 countries. Globally, UHY has a workforce of more than 10,000 people across 320 locations.

With its integration into UHY, Buus Jensen will have access to a broader network of professional services firms, enhancing its capabilities and cross-border offering.

In the Nordics, UHY also has two offices in Sweden and one in Norway. The network currently does not have members firms listed in Finland and Iceland.
