Horváth appoints Peter Kameritsch as Senior Advisor to Aerospace & Defense practice

International consulting firm Horváth has appointed Peter Kameritsch as a Senior Advisor in its Aerospace & Defense division.

Peter Kameritsch brings extensive experience in the defense sector to Horváth, having served MTU Aero Engines for more than 25 years. MTU Aero Engines is Germany’s leading engine manufacturer for the army and employs around 13,000 people.

Most recently, Kameritsch served as CFO of MTU Aero Engines, playing a key role in shaping the company’s profitable growth path over many years, including its promotion to the DAX30 in 2019 and record sales in the past year. Before that, he held various management positions, including Head of Finance, Controlling and Corporate Development.

Founded in 1981, Horváth is one of the larger German-origin management consultancy firms, with 1,400 employees across locations in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Over the past three years, the firm managed to grow its business by around 30%.
