EFESO Management Consultants appoints Alexander Fink as Life Sciences Leader
EFESO Management Consultants has welcomed Alexander Fink to its partner team.
Based in Munich, Alexander Fink has been appointed as a Senior Partner and as Life Sciences Lead for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
He brings around 25 years of experience in consulting to EFESO Management Consultants, having worked at several major consulting groups such as Oliver Wyman, KPMG, Roland Berger, and Monitor Deloitte. Most recently, he worked at two consultancies specialised in the life sciences sector: IQVIA and Lumanity. In his latest role at Lumanity, Fink was a Senior Vice President and Head of its Management Consulting business in Europe.
Fink advises life sciences companies and investors on growth, portfolio design, business model evolution, operations, and performance improvement. His track record spans the full life sciences value chain – from early pipeline and portfolio strategy to launch, commercialization, and enterprise transformation – working with global pharmaceutical leaders, mid-sized biopharma, and emerging innovators.
