EFESO Management Consultants welcomes operations veteran Erik Tieleman
EFESO Management Consultants, a global operations and performance improvement consultancy, has strengthened its team in the Netherlands with industry veteran Erik Tieleman.
Appointed an Expert Director, Tieleman brings over 30 years of experience in operational excellence, manufacturing, supply chain, and digital transformation to the firm. An operations expert, he has experience in sectors including process industries, manufacturing, life sciences, food & beverage, and automotive.
Throughout his career, he held senior leadership roles in industry, including at General Electric and Johnson & Johnson, and spent over two decades working as a consultant at several international consulting firms. Notably, Tieleman served as Managing Partner for Central Europe at R&G Global Consultants, a Netherlands-based operations consultancy that joined Argon & Co in 2021.
Over the past years, Tieleman worked as an independent consultant. However, after deciding he wanted to bring his expertise in manufacturing and operations transformation back into a consulting environment, he was drawn to EFESO Management Consultants.
