Capco appoints Massimo Paltrinieri as Head of Insurance in Italy
Global management and technology consultancy Capco has strengthened its team in Italy with Massimo Paltrinieri.
Appointed Partner and Head of Insurance, Massimo Paltrinieri will lead Capco’s expansion and services in the Italian market in the insurance vertical.
He will draw on his extensive experience in the insurance and financial services market. Paltrinieri was formerly Global Head of Information Systems at Generali for 13 years and has also worked at Commerzbank and McKinsey & Company, and served as senior advisor to Deloitte, Salesforce and Banca IFIS.
Based in Milan, Capco’s Insurance practice partners with insurance companies to help them navigate priorities such as the digitalization of operations, enhanced customer experiences, the modernization of data and analytics, AI adoption, and regulatory compliance.
