Beyonder brings acquisitions Ambient Digital and Little Rocket under single brand

Around a year after joining Beyonder, Ambient Digital and Little Rocket have adopted the Beyonder brand.

The name change is part of Beyonder’s strategy to build a strong, unified position in the mid-market under one brand. Beyonder delivers expertise in digital strategy, data, artificial intelligence, process automation and cybersecurity to mid-sized businesses, family-owned companies and scale-ups.

“This rebranding marks a new phase in our ambition to grow into a leading European digital powerhouse,” says Sander Dekker, CEO of Beyonder.

Little Rocket is a digital agency specialising in data and AI. The Dutch company from Enschede employs around 30 people. Little Rocket was acquired in early 2025 and has worked closely with Beyonder teams over the past twelve months.

Nienke Bruggeman, who leads Little Rocket, describes the brand transition as a logical next step. “What this team has built over the past few years is truly special. Together, we’ve created something we can be proud of. Over the past year, we felt how natural the collaboration with Beyonder was. Now officially continuing under the same name feels like a recognition of all that hard work.”

Ambient Digital was acquired by Beyonder at the end of 2024. The company employs around 100 professionals and specialises in digital agency services such as IT, web and app development, and cloud migration. Ambient Digital operates from offices in Cologne and Berlin.

“By presenting ourselves as a single brand, we combine local expertise with international scale. For our clients in Germany, this means access to an even broader network of specialists and innovative solutions, without losing the personal approach they are accustomed to. Together, we are building a future-proof digital landscape for Europe,” says Felix Schul, who leads the former Ambient Digital team.

Today, Beyonder employs around 270 professionals across six offices in the Netherlands and Germany. The company’s ambition is to grow into a leading digital transformation partner in Western Europe for the mid-market – an ambition supported by Holland Capital, a well-known investor in the consultancy scene.
