EFESO Management Consultants appoints Kai Dresch as partner in German team
EFESO Management Consultants has welcomed a new partner in its German business: Kai Dresch.
Kai Dresch brings more than twenty years of experience across procurement, supply chain, and digital procurement solutions to the firm. He has deep expertise in strategic cost optimization, supplier portfolio redesign, target operating models, and negotiation excellence.
At EFESO Management Consultants, he has been appointed a partner in the Procurement Advisory practice. He works for corporates and private equity clients, with a focus on sectors such as electronics, healthcare, automotive and equipment manufacturing.
Before joining EFESO Management Consultants, Dresch held senior roles at PwC, most notably serving as Co-Lead of Procurement Advisory in Germany and Partner in Charge for the Ivalua Alliance. Before that, he was a partner and member of the management team member at Drozak Consulting (which was acquired by PwC) and served as a Supply Chain Manager at Roche Diagnostics.

Outside of his client facing role, Dresch regularly contributes to thought leadership and conferences on the future of procurement.
