L.E.K. Consulting promotes Sébastien Beausoleil to partner in Paris office
Global strategy consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has promoted Sébastien Beausoleil to partner in its Paris office.
Sébastien Beausoleil is a member of the Operations Consulting practice at L.E.K. Consulting. He has over 20 years of experience in consulting and industry roles, supporting private equity investors, corporate boards and management teams on operational due diligence, post-deal value creation / transformation, and integration and separation programmes.
At L.E.K. Consulting, he works closely with CEOs, CFOs and operating teams to setup and implement value creation plans. Beausoleil has advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, industrial services and products, aerospace and defence, and construction.
Prior to joining L.E.K. Consulting, Beausoleil spent more than six years with Deloitte and Alvarez & Marsal, most recently as a Senior Director. Earlier in his career, he spent six years at Nestlé in Switzerland, where he held roles in internal operational audit and controlling.
Sébastien Beausoleil holds a Master’s degree in Management from NEOMA Business School in France and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
