Analysys Mason appoints Jan Greulich and Simon Fischer as Germany co-leads
Analysys Mason has appointed Jan Greulich and Simon Fischer as co-leads of its business in Germany.
According to the UK-headquartered strategy and management consulting firm, the move to a co-leadership structure marks an important step in bringing its German operations together under a single, integrated team. The change follows the 2024 acquisition of Telescope Advisory Partners and its integration into the existing Analysys Mason business.
The new leadership structure reflects the combination of the two organisations. Greulich comes from the ‘heritage’ Analysys Mason business, while Fischer was previously co-founder and managing partner of Telescope Advisory Partners.
In their new roles, the pair will jointly oversee the strategic direction of Analysys Mason in the German market, alongside responsibility for client portfolios, operations, and people management.
Analysys Mason’s German team provides the firm’s full range of services, spanning mergers & acquisitions (commercial and technical due diligence), telecoms and ICT research, growth strategy and transformation, as well as digital advisory and artificial intelligence. The consulting firm advises clients across the telecoms, digital infrastructure and broader technology sectors, in addition to private equity investors.
