Aspia deepens M&A advisory offering with acquisition of Quickinsight

Aspia, a Nordic professional services firm, has strengthened its M&A advisory offering with the acquisition of Quickinsight.

Founded in 2022, Quickinsight is a boutique Swedish firm providing financial advisory and financial due diligence services for small and mid-sized transactions. The company supports investors, entrepreneurs, and businesses with financial due diligence, data room preparation, acquisition analysis, and vendor assistance across acquisitions, divestments, and investments.

For Aspia, the acquisition adds specialist expertise to its M&A advisory offering, which covers acquisitions, divestments, and investments.

“Quickinsight brings specialist expertise that strengthens our advisory offering and our ability to support clients in complex business decisions. Together, we can help more clients understand risks, value drivers, and opportunities with greater clarity, and move forward with confidence,” said Ola Gunnarsson, CEO of Aspia.

Established in 2018, Aspia has grown through a series of acquisitions over the years, including the acquisition of units from PwC and KPMG. The firm now has more than 3,000 employees across over 100 offices in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. As part of the agreement, Quickinsight will adopt the Aspia brand.
