LeadingMile launches ALTS Community with inaugural event in Amsterdam
LeadingMile has launched the ALTS Community, a new platform that brings together professionals from across the alternatives industry. The inaugural event is being hosted in Amsterdam.
The ALTS Community has been established by the international consulting firm to provide a forum where professionals from across the alternatives ecosystem can exchange experiences, discuss shared challenges and build stronger industry connections.
In a statement, LeadingMile said it launched the initiative in response to growing demand from the market for a dedicated platform for collaboration and dialogue. The alternatives industry is evolving rapidly, driven by technological innovation, an increasingly complex regulatory landscape and changing competitive dynamics.
“As the industry continues to evolve, opportunities for open discussion and practical peer exchange have become increasingly valuable,” said Martijn Voorhaar, Founder of LeadingMile. “This event reflects our ambition to create a community dedicated to those conversations. Our goal is to build a network that continues to connect professionals, encourage collaboration and facilitate the exchange of practical knowledge.”
The programme
Hosted at Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park in Amsterdam, the event will begin with a networking lunch, followed by a series of focused presentations and interactive discussions throughout the afternoon.
Sessions will cover market developments and industry trends, reporting best practices, configuration optimisation, SaaS readiness and practical approaches to improving operational efficiency. Alongside the formal programme, attendees will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss common challenges and learn from peers facing similar operational, business and technology issues. The event concludes with networking drinks.
Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park is one of Amsterdam’s premier venues for business events. Housed in a meticulously restored university building dating from 1908, the boutique hotel was awarded Two Michelin Keys in 2025 in recognition of its distinctive character and exceptional guest experience.
